Marcus stopped by to say hello today. Between chatting about YSL boots, Odyn Vovk shorts and messy crack heads, he managed to educate me on LD Tuttle for MEN. I didn’t know they were launching men’s footwear. So I flipped through my massive stack of lookbooks, and ta-da! Mixed within the women’s shoes were a few *U (unisex) styles. Some goodies:

Do you know about Ventile?
I sure didn’t, until Brian from Wings+Horns was nice enough to enlighten me. Ventile cotton was developed during WW2, and is composed of densely woven, long staple fibers. The fibers are woven SO tightly, the cotton becomes, essentially, waterproof. If you didn’t have to stitch a seam into it, it WOULD be waterproof. It also happens to be windproof, and has the ability to endure...
