For those of you that have not been to our new location…shame on you! Thank goodness for Cody, photographer extraordinaire, snapping a few photos to share with the world. With 6 months time to get acquainted with our new space, it’s coming along nicely. Everyday something changes, new ideas spark, or something falls off the walls that I haven’t secured very well. We keep it moving here, as usual…

Research for a nice camera came to a screeching halt when it suddenly dawned on me that a nice camera is useless if you don’t know how to use it. I don’t know why that took 2 weeks to figure out.

It’s often not even the “know how” in using the camera, it’s having an eye for a good photo. A nice camera is only an accessory to an amazing skill. Acrimony stumbled upon Cody Rasmussen last year, the best “stumble” we’ve ever had. He does all our catalog shooting, but his specialty is shooting DIAMONDS, which means he’s super technical, super detailed, super awesome.
